Young Toddlers: Manners

The Young Toddlers are learning their manners!

The Young Toddlers read Listening Time" by Elizabeth Verdick. The toddlers learned to sit "criss-cross applesauce" with hands on knees! They learned to "open" their ears and "close" their mouths during listening time.

During Art, the Young Toddlers participated in a listening activity using cat and dog stickers and green "grass" construction paper. When the toddlers heard "woof," they pealed and placed a dog sticker on the grass; when the toddlers heard "meow," they pealed and placed a cat sticker on the grass!

During Circle Time, the Young Toddlers read "Clean-Up Time" by Elizabeth Verdick. The Young Toddlers learned and practiced cleaning up!
